Special attention is given to breakfast, transformed by Modus into a unique experience that speaks Cilento’s language. Mozzarella wrapped in myrtle leaves, fragrant and fresh as tradition dictates, becomes the star of an unforgettable savoury breakfast, accompanied by Gioi soppressata—a salami with an intense, unique flavour—and sourdough bread from Storie di Pane, completing an extraordinary start to the day.

The sweet offerings also bear Paolo De Simone’s unmistakable signature: from fig and chocolate brioches, soft and indulgent, to handmade cakes and Cilento specialties like scauratiello, every bite pays homage to tradition. All this is complemented by 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, ensuring every cup encapsulates a moment of pure pleasure.
